Most orders will ship out within 1-2 business days after ordering. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find the email.
Most international orders pass through customs without any issues but sometimes packages may be delayed due to customs and security checks
We assure you of the delivery of our items. If you do not obtain your order, check the tracking status of the parcel. Very rarely items take longer times due to shipping complications. If you do not receive your order within 40 days of purchase, we will process a full refund for you or reship the item to you with no additional charge.
Please note that in some very rare circumstances it will be your responsibility to pay for your area custom duties or tax fees if required. Unfortunately, this is not within our control and we will not be held accountable for any additional charges, please check with your local post office before you order if this is something that concerns you.
Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts for 30 days after you receive your item. If 30 days have gone by since the item arrival, unfortunately, we can deny the request for a refund or exchange.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size please email us the order number and the requested size, You will be responsible for sending the original item back to our return address, Once you have shipped back the package please send us the receipt or proof of shipment so we can proceed with your order.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email your receipt or proof of purchase, description of the issue that you are experiencing with the item, and provide a photo or video if the item is damaged for expedient return or refund resolution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us and we will provide you further instructions to receive your refund.

We cannot be held responsible if you do not receive your order because we were given the wrong delivery address. Any changes to the shipping address must be made within 24 hours after placing the order.
Tracking information not updating or showing little movement?
Sometimes packages can appear to be stuck in transit and don't show any signs of movement for several days or longer. There is no need to worry, this is normal and usually indicates that the package is passing through customs or security checks,
Delays in transit are the sole responsibility of the courier service unless the delays are caused by the customer (wrong or incomplete delivery address).
