How much does shipping cost?

We offer free worldwide shipping!
All our Viking jewelry is shipped free of charge.
(Some apparel may have extra shipping cost)

All order within the USA are shipping for free with USPS in 3-10 business days.

Most orders will ship out within 1-2 business days after ordering. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find the email. All packages will be accessible to most mailboxes.

How long does shipping take?

Processing your order usually takes 1-2 business days.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

All jewelry orders within the United States are shipped with USPS and usually take 3-10 business days to arrive after being shipped.

Orders to the United Kingdom usually take 7-15 business days to arrive after being shipped.

Orders to Europe usually take 7-18 business days to arrive after being shipped.

International orders usually take 12-20 business days to arrive after being shipped.

Can i track my order?

Yes, every order comes with tracking information.
Once your order has been processed we will email you a the tracking number with a link to follow your packages yourney, Sometimes packages can appear to be stuck in transit and don't show any signs of movement for several days or longer. There is no need to worry, this is normal and usually indicates that the package is passing through customs or security checks.

Can I still change my order?

Please contact us within 24 hours if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

I need a different size, what can I do?

We offer a 30-day window for size exchanges. As long as your item is still in new condition, just mail it back to us and include a short note explaining what size you would prefer and we will send you a replacement as soon as we receive your proof of shipment.
We do not cover the shipping cost for returned items. 

Can I return my order? 

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order.
Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return.
Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

What materials do you use?

All our jewelry is made Made from high-quality 316L Stainless Steel and it will not rust or leave any stains, PVD coating gives the gold-colored tint,
It will be resistant to water and wont rust or leave stains.
Every order comes with a free leather pouch.
